The Gemans were the first to qualify for this years Euro 2008 final with a dramatic 3-2 victory over Turkey in the semi final.Joachim Low’s team began with 4 victories and one loss coming into this game.

It began with a 2-0 over Poland followed by 1-2 defeat against the group victors,Croatia.A 1-0 win with Austria was then enough to qualify for the knockout stage.

A deserved victory of 3-2 against Portugal,who were one of the favourites to lift the trophy and end Ronaldo’s Euro dreams,was Germany’s road to the final in Vienna.
